All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellations may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

6. Returns & Replacements

All returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. PetFreedom™ does not offer cash refunds — faulty products are eligible for replacement only, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

PetFreedom™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
