Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 8–11 business days

Please note that business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Shipping Limitations & Disclaimer

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, PetFreedom™ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier or postal service
  • Delays due to customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Lost or delayed parcels once handed over to the courier
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, the shipment is in the hands of the courier. Any delays experienced after dispatch are outside of PetFreedom™'s control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery progress directly with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PetFreedom™ cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived after 15 business days from the date of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier on your behalf.
